Noah Mandelbaum uses his 20+ years of industry experience to help others create well-composed systems.   As a Distinguished Engineer at Capital One, Noah led the migration of a call-center agent servicing application from a legacy, on-premise technical stack to a fully cloud-based, completely federated platform built in Node.js and JavaScript technologies. Noah is currently the chief architect for Capital One’s Card Voice and Agent systems:  and has previously spoken at NodeConf and OpenJS World. Noah regularly advises local startups in his home base of Richmond, Virginia. Noah has a master's degree in history but switched careers after falling in love with programming.
